Our work spans ongoing design retainers, bespoke brand and website projects, and VIP strategy intensives. We are a small, collaborative team that values clarity, calm execution, and thoughtful systems that support both creativity and sustainability.
About the Role
The OBM & Studio Manager is the operational backbone of the studio. This role supports day-to-day operations, client experience, systems, and internal project flow — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and team to manage timelines, communication, systems, and logistics, allowing creative work and strategic vision to stay protected and focused.
This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, takes initiative, and finds satisfaction in building and maintaining systems for a soulful, service-based business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend weekly team meetings (Wednesdays at 10am CST)
Monitor project progress and timelines in Airtable
Manage client onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing communication (non-design)
Send client updates, reminders, next steps, and weekly correspondence as needed
Support team coordination and follow up on action items
Manage internal files, documentation, and storage systems
Maintain and refine internal SOPs and workflows
Prepare invoices, follow up on payments, and flag financial items for the CEO
Prep proposals and agreements for upcoming clients
Support basic marketing execution (newsletters, content scheduling, funnels)
Assist with systems setup for select client projects (Flodesk, booking tools, etc.)
Support launches, virtual events, and occasional in-person experiences as needed
Bonus skills:
Sales or creative copywriting experience
Design or creative industry experience
